Cut-off Time for Same Day Fund Transfers to Other Banks Made on Friday, November 1, 2019

The planned shutdown of the More Time System in the period of migration to the 7th Generation Zengin System will take place from 3:30 p.m. on Friday, November 1, 2019 to 24:00 on Sunday, November 3, 2019.
In line with the shutdown, the cut-off time for same day fund transfers from Shinsei Bank to other banks made on Friday, November 1, 2019 will be changed as follows.

  • Fund transfers between SBI SHINSEI accounts will be immediately deposited except for system maintenance periods.
  • Fund transfers to other banks made after the cut-off time for same day fund transfers will be processed on the following business day (i.e., on Tuesday, November 5, 2019).
  • If a problem occurs in operations for the Zengin System migration, it is expected to affect subsequent transactions. Such a case will be announced on the website of Zengin-Net (https://www.zengin-net.jp/).
