Funds Transfer

Funds transfer requests received at or after 14:30, Wednesday, December 30, 2020 will be processed to credit the funds to the beneficiary account on Monday, January 4, 2021.
Shinsei PowerDirect
Funds transfer will be available as usual during the New Year holiday except our system maintenance periods.
Whether your funds transfer to other banks’ accounts or fund transfers from other banks will be executed on the day requested depends on the responses of beneficiary and transferer banks, in addition to our system maintenance status.
Products and Services
The GoRemit Shinsei Overseas Remittance Services
The GoRemit Shinsei Overseas Remittance Service's final day of operation for 2020 will be 30th December (Wed), and regular operation will resume in the new year on 4th January 2021 (Mon).
A higher than usual number of transactions is expected around the year end/new year period, which may result in processing delays in some circumstances. As a result, we advise customers to avoid making transactions around this period where possible.
Home Mortgage
During the Year-end and New-year holidays, Shinsei PowerCall <for Home Mortgage(0120-456-515)> will be closed at 17:00, Wednesday, December 30, 2020 and open from 9:00, Monday, January 4, 2021.
