Due to adjusted staff attendance, it may take some time until your inquiries and questions are responded to or until your procedures are completed. You are encouraged to use our internet banking service and request forms, etc. available for you to transact with us without coming to our branches.

Domestic ATM

Shinsei Bank branch counters

All branches are open on weekdays. However, our services may take longer than usual since the branches are being operated during shorter business hours and with a smaller number of staff.
Business hours: Futakotamagawa Financial Center and Ginza Financial Center are open from 10:00 to 15:00 on weekdays. Other Financial Centers are open from 9:00 to 15:00 on weekdays.

There are also services and transactions available online.


Home Mortgage

Shinsei PowerCall <dedicated to home mortgage> 0120-456-515 is available in the following hours:
May 6th (Thursday) and May 7th (Friday): 9:00-17:00
(Closed on April 29th, May 1st-5th, May 8th and May 9th)
Applications for home mortgage are accepted on the internet.

Shinsei PowerDirect is available during Golden Week except during system maintenance.

Shinsei PowerCall is available during the Golden Week except during system maintenance, but our services are limited to responding to urgent matters. Following services are available 24/7.

  • Reporting of lost/stolen cash cards and financial fraud.

  • Unregistering from the Smartphone Authentication / Changing your transfer limit to 2 million yen or more via Internet Banking
