Notice regarding the Relocation of Kobe Financial Center

Shinsei Bank would like to inform customers that Shinsei Bank plans to relocate its Kobe Financial Center to a new location at 7th Floor, Kobe Sannomiya Hankyu Building, 2-1, Kano-cho 4- chome, Chuou-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo.

Its operations at the current location will end on Thursday, February 10, 2022 and operations at the new location will start on Monday, February 14, 2022. The new office is located at a convenient and comfortable place so that customers can easily drop in as it is directly connected with Hankyu Kobe-Sannomiya Station.

The customers of the Financial Center can continue to use their cash cards, since its branch code and account number will remain unchanged.

The Financial Center looks forward to serving its customers at the new location.
