Home Mortgage

PowerCall <dedicated to home mortgage> 0120-456-515 is available in the following hours: May 1st (Monday) and May 2nd (Tuesday) 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., and May 6th (Saturday): 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Closed on April 29th - 30th, May 3rd-5th and May 7th).
Applications for home mortgage are accepted on the internet.

Account Procedures

After the Golden Week Holidays, a higher than usual number of procedure requests is expected, which may result in processing delays of procedures such as account opening, account closing, change of address, etc. We appreciate your understanding.

PowerCall (Call center)

During Golden Week, PowerCall will only respond to urgent inquiries on Sundays and public holidays in accordance with the official public holiday calendar. See below for details.

  • PowerCall: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Weekdays and Saturdays
    - Only urgent inquiries such as lost/stolen cards and financial crime will be handled on Sundays and Holidays.
  • Chat Service: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Weekdays
    We offer multiple services online, avoiding the need to wait on the phone.

    For general inquiries, please use our WebForm (email) service.
  • Procedure Request From : 24 hours
    Requests for reissuing cash/security cards are available through the request form.

- Some services may not be available during system maintenance.

- Depending on the inquiry, it may take several days to answer your inquiries during Golden Week.

- Fund transfers during Golden Week will be available via our internet banking (PowerDirect), however it may require more time than usual due to the beneficiary bank's circumstances.

GoRemit Overseas Remittance Services

The service is available on regular weekdays. After the Golden Week holidays, a higher than usual number of transactions is expected, which may result in processing delays in some circumstances. Accordingly, we advise customers to avoid making transactions around this period where possible.
