Operating Hours during the Year-End and New Year Holidays
Operating hours of branch counters, ATMs, products and services during year-end and New Year holidays are as follows.
Internet Banking (PowerDirect) and Apps
PowerDirect and apps are available throughout the year except during system maintenance periods.

ATM Services
*1 ATM will not be available from 3:00 - 4:00 Sunday, 31 December due to system maintenance.
*2 ATMs will be available except between 2:00 and 4:00 if trains are operated all night on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
- ATM operating hours may differ depending on business hours of the building in which the ATM is installed and system maintenance of SBI Shinsei Bank or partners.
- Coin transactions are not available at ATMs.
- Seven Bank ATMs are located inside SBI Shinsei Bank branches.

SBI Shinsei Bank branches will be open until Friday, December 29, 2023 and open from Thursday, January 4, 2024.
Please come to our branch 30 minutes to 1 hour before it closes. The cutoff time may differ, and more time may be required depending on the procedure you wish to complete.

Funds Transfer
SBI Shinsei Bank branch counter, PowerCall
Fund transfer requests will be accepted until 14:30, Friday, December 29, 2023.
If you wish to make a fund transfer after this period, please place your request on or after 9:00 Thursday, January 4, 2024.
If you are in a hurry, we recommend using internet banking (PowerDirect) or the app.
Internet Bankig (PowerDirect) /Apps (including Cotra transfer)
Immediate money transfers are accepted in principle.
- Excludes system maintenance periods.
- Payment will be made to the beneficiary financial institution at a different time depending on its situation.
Products and Services
Foreign Currency Deposits
Foreign currency deposit transactions are available through internet banking or via apps except during our system maintenance. Please doublecheck the foreign exchange rate since different rates than usual may be applied during the following periods:
a. from 7:00, Monday, December 25, 2023 to 7:00, Tuesday, December 26, 2023
b. from 4:00, Saturday, December 30, 2023 to 7:00, Thursday, January 4, 2024
Home Mortgage
During the Year-end and New-year holidays, PowerCall < for Home Mortgage(0120-456-515)> will be closed at 17:00, Saturday, December 30, 2023 and open from 9:00, Thursday, January 4, 2024.

GoRemit Overseas Remittance Service
The GoRemit Overseas Remittance Service's final day of operation for 2023 will be 29th December (Fri), and regular operation will resume in the new year on 4th January 2024 (Thu).
A higher than usual number of transactions is expected around the year end/new year period, which may result in processing delays in some circumstances. As a result, we advise customers to avoid making transactions around this period where possible.
