Please note that after the Golden Week Holidays, a higher than usual number of procedure requests is expected, which may result in processing delays for procedures such as account opening, account closing, change of address, etc. We appreciate your understanding.
ATM Services
*1 ATM will not be available from 3 a.m. to 4 a.m. on Sunday, April 27 due to system maintenance.
- Coin transactions are not available at ATMs.
- ATM operating hours may differ depending on business hours of the building in which the ATM is installed and system maintenance of SBI Shinsei Bank or partners.
- Seven Bank ATMs are located inside SBI Shinsei Bank branches.
SBI Shinsei Bank branch counters
All our branches will operate on weekdays. However, more customers tend to come to our branches during the Golden Week, which may result in processing delays in some circumstances.
Check PowerDirect (internet banking) and Procedure Request Form as some services and transactions are available with them.
Internet Banking (PowerDirect)/ SBI Shinsei Bank App
PowerDirect and app (Japanese only) are available during Golden Week except during system maintenance.

PowerCall will only respond to urgent inquiries. See below for details.

- Only urgent inquiries such as lost/stolen cards and financial crime will be handled. -

For general inquiries, please use our WebForm (email) service. -
Procedure Request Form : 24 hours
- Some services may not be available during system maintenance.
- Depending on the inquiry, it may take several days to answer your inquiries during Golden Week.
- Fund transfers during Golden Week will be available via our internet banking (PowerDirect), however it may require more time than usual due to the beneficiary bank's circumstances.
GoRemit Overseas Remittance Services
The service is available on regular weekdays. After the Golden Week holidays, a higher than usual number of transactions is expected, which may result in processing delays in some circumstances. Accordingly, we advise customers to avoid making transactions around this period where possible.
- The GoRemit Overseas Overseas Remittance Service will be discontinued from Monday, 20th October 2025.
New applications to the service are no longer accepted as of the end of March 2025. For more details, please see the notifcations on our website.
