Notification of Monthly Report Reissue Fee
Effective December 1, 2025, the fee for reissuing monthly statements in paper form will be revised as follows.

Requests may be placed via Branch, PowerCall (Contact Center) or Web Form Consultation Form.
A fee of ¥550 (tax included) will be charged for reissuing a paper monthly statement per one month.
The total fee, based on the number of months requested, will be deducted from your regular yen savings account.
Please note that monthly statements are issued free of charge in the month after the transaction takes place.
