Operating Hours during the Year-End and New Year Holidays
Operating hours of branch counters, ATMs, products and services during year-end and New Year holidays are as follows.
Internet Banking (PowerDirect) and SBI Shinsei Bank App
PowerDirect and SBI Shinsei Bank App (Japanese only) are available throughout the year except during system maintenance periods.

ATM Services
*1 ATMs will be available except between 2:00 and 4:00 if trains are operated all night on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
- ATM operating hours may differ depending on business hours of the building in which the ATM is installed and system maintenance of SBI Shinsei Bank or partners.
- Coin transactions are not available at ATMs.
- Seven Bank ATMs are located inside SBI Shinsei Bank branches.
SBI Shinsei Bank branch counter
SBI Shinsei Bank branches will be open until Tuesday, December 30, 2025 and open from Monday, January 5, 2026. Please come to our branch 30 minutes to 1 hour before it closes. The cutoff time may differ, and more time may be required depending on the procedure you wish to complete.

Funds Transfer
SBI Shinsei Bank branch counter
Fund transfer requests will be accepted until 14:30, on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Transfers to other bank accounts made after 14:30 will be processed on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Due to potential congestion, you may not be able to complete your request within the reception hours. Please allow extra time when making your request. If you are in a hurry, we recommend using internet banking (PowerDirect) or the app.

Immediate money transfers are accepted in principle.
- Excludes system maintenance periods.
- The timing of the payment may vary depending on the beneficiary institution's situation.
Products and Services
Account Opening
Applications for new account openings will be available through our web form throughout the year-end and New
Year holidays, except during scheduled system maintenance. Please note that, due to a high volume of applications before and after the holiday period, the account opening process may take longer than usual.

Foreign Currency Deposits
Foreign currency deposit transactions are available through internet banking or via apps except during our system maintenance. Please doublecheck the foreign exchange rate since different rates than usual may be applied during the following periods:
a. from 7:00, Thursday, December 25, 2025 to 8:30, Friday, December 26, 2025
b. from 3:00, Thursday, January 1, 2026 to 7:00, Monday, January 6, 2026
