Changes to Account Opening Procedures for Non-Japanese Residents

To provide a more secure and convenient experience for our non-Japanese customers, we will consolidate account opening procedures to applications by mail.
Through English application forms and support provided by our dedicated help desk, we will ensure that customers can complete the procedures easily without visiting a branch.
Accordingly, in-branch account opening services will be discontinued from July 2026.

In-branch account opening services will be discontinued.
