Changes to Branch Services

In order to further enhance the quality of our services and review our service delivery framework, we will be making partial changes to the services available at our branches.

The over-the-counter services listed below will be discontinued effective Thursday, October 1, 2026.

Services to be discontinued Applicable Branches
  • Cash deposits and withdrawals
  • Cash refunds at the time of account closure
 Ikebukuro, Ueno, Namba, and Sakae Financial Centers
  • Cash card reissuance due to a lost or stolen card
  • Cash transfer by customers who do not have accounts with us
 All Financial Centers

For future cash deposits and withdrawals, please use affiliated ATMs or fund transfer service.
