What is my current stage?

There are 3 stages in the Shinsei PowerFlex "Shinsei Step Up Program". The conditions will differ according to the customer’s monthly balance and/or transactions (The conditions for each will be reviewed every month). When the customer’s transactions increase, you will be able to receive preferential services for Shinsei Gold and Shinsei Platinum stages.

What can I do to keep my ATM fees free of charge after October 7th, 2018?
A:
We will review the transactions and balance at the end of each month. This will determine the customer's stage 2 months from that time. For example, in order to be eligible for the Gold stage in October, you will need to meet the requirements for the Gold stage in August.
In addition, the 'Shinsei Family Plan' will be added to the preferential services for the Shinsei Platinum stage.

What are the conditions to upgrade to the Gold Stage?
A:
For example, a monthly average balance of the equivalent of 300,000JPY or more in your foreign currency savings account will make you eligible for the Gold Stage. We also plan to addGAICA Flex prepaid card (issued by Aplus)loads as a condition for the Gold Stage in the near future.
