Shinsei PowerCall <dedicated to home mortgage> 0120-456-515 is available in the following hours: April 30th (Saturday) 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., May 2nd (Monday) and May 6th (Friday): 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., May 7th (Saturday) 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.. (Closed on April 29th, May 1st, May 3rd - 5th and May 8th)
Applications for home mortgage are accepted on the internet.

Shinsei PowerDirect (Internet Banking)

Shinsei PowerDirect is available during Golden Week except during system maintenance.

Shinsei PowerCall (Call center)

During Golden Week, Shinsei PowerCall will only respond to urgent inquiries on Sundays and public holidays in accordance with the official public holiday calendar. See below for details.

    - Only urgent inquiries such as lost/stolen cards and financial crime will be handled on Sundays and Holidays.
  • Chat Service: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Weekdays
    We also accept requests to change your domestic fund transfer limit exceeding 2 million yen for internet banking.

    For general inquiries, please use our WebForm (email) service.
    It may take several days to answer your inquiries during Golden Week.

GoRemit Overseas Remittance Services

The service is available for weekdays. A higher than usual number of transactions is expected after the Golden Week, which may result in processing delays in some circumstances. As a result, we advise customers to avoid making transactions around this period where possible.
