Regarding the termination of English support for PowerCall
As announced in our June 28, 2024 notice, ‘Regarding changes for English support at the contact center and partial revisions to procedures related to transfers and products,’ we will be ending our English support for Power Call as of October 1, 2024, except for report of lost cards and unauthorized use.
- Please note that we will continue to accept report of lost cards and unauthorized use 24 hours a day at 0120-456-022.
