What is Smartphone Authentication?
SP Authentication service is a free authentication service to enhance the security of transactions such as fund transfers.
When making a fund transfer via PC or SP, a push notification will be sent to your smartphone registered as an authentication device. The transaction will be completed once you approve the push notification. Illegal transactions can also be prevented since transactions require final approval with your smartphone.
Registration of Smartphone Authentication Service
Please prepare your smartphone for Smartphone Authentication Service.
- Only 1 smartphone can be registered per account.
How to download app
In order to use Smartphone Authentication Service, you will need to download and use the smartphone app 'VIP Access' provided by Symantec Corporation. Please confirm if your smartphone is compatible on the app download page.
- If you have already installed 'VIP Access' with a different service you will not need to install this app again.
iPhone User
Access the download site via the two-dimensional barcode shown above. You can also search 'VIP Access' on Apple App store.
