Without Smartphone Authentication (FIDO), your daily transfer limit is capped at JPY 2 million.

What is Smartphone Authentication (FIDO)?
Smartphone Authentication (FIDO) is a free service that helps protect transactions such as fund transfers. When you initiate a fund transfer on a PC or smartphone, a push notification is sent to the SBI Shinsei Bank app where Smartphone Authentication (FIDO) is registered. The transaction is completed after you approve the notification, helping prevent unauthorized transactions.
The Smartphone Authentication app is available in Japanese only.

To use Smartphone Authentication, advance registration is required.

To use Smartphone Authentication (FIDO), download and use the SBI Shinsei Bank app. Please check whether your smartphone is compatible on the app download page.
